व्रत में बनाये सबसे टेस्टी और हेल्दी नाश्ता की आप आसानी से रोज़ बनाकर खायेंगे /Sabudana Idli Sandwich
Ingrediants…
1. Sabudana /Sago -1/2cup
2. Bhagar /Sama Rice -1cup
3. Curd -1cup
4. Corriander -1bunch
5. Pudina/Mint Leaf -1/2cup
6. Green Chilli -3
7. Salt to taste
8. Black salt -1/2ts
9. Lemon -1/2
10. Water -11/2glass
11. Jeera/Cumin powder -1/2ts
12. Red chilli powder -1tb
13. Black pepper -pinch
Method…
For chutney – In a mixi jar add Corriander, Pudina, Green chilli, Salt to taste, 1/4ts Black salt, Lemon and add littile Water and grind in fine paste, our chutney is ready..
For Batter – In a mixi jar add Sabudana, Bhagar, Curd and grind then add salt to taste and mix it..
For Magic masala – In a bowl add Jeera powder, Red chilli powder, 1/4ts Black salt, pinch of Salt, Black pepper and mix it well
Grease with oil the steam plate, sprinkle Magic masala and add batter..fill only half plate
Heat a water in steamer…. then keep a steam plate and cover and cook in medium flame for 20min. Make one more sheet of Idli …. cool it. Then apPly chutney and keep another sheet…
Make a Tadka…. In a pan add 2tb Oil, 1/2ts Rai, 1Chilli, Pinch of Hing and 9/10 Curryleaves mix and spread over the Idli sandwich.. cut into square shape and serve..our tasty and healthy Sabudana Idli Sandwich is ready..
